  6. Distribution requirements for The Screen Machine:

  8. 1) UNREGISTERED versions of this product may NOT be sold by way of 
  9.    shareware rack vending, without prior written permission.
  10.  
  11. 2) UNREGISTERED versions of this product may distributed on CD-ROMs
  12.    that feature shareware collections. Owen Associates would 
  13.    appreciate a copy of the CD for review, or at the least,
  14.    notification of inclusion on the CD. Distribution on CD-ROMs
  15.    featuring commercial/retail software requires written permission.

  17. 3) No files in this product may be removed or modified.
  18.    Files added by anyone other than Owen Associates must clearly
  19.    indicate that they are not part of the original product.

  21. 4) UNREGISTERED versions of this product may be listed and sold by
  22.    catalog.

  24. 5) UNREGISTERED versions of this product may be uploaded to BBS's.
  25.  
  26. 6) UNREGISTERED versions of this product may be given to friends and
  27.    associates.

  29. 7) Dealers or Distributors interested in selling the registered
  30.    version of The Screen Machine through commercial/retail channels
  31.    contact Owen Associates for wholesale pricing and delivery 
  32.    schedules.

  35.    software ONLY under contract with Owen Associates.

  38.    those expressly given in this document.
